Çocuklarda kısa süreli minör cerrahi girişimlerde "Larengeal Maske" ve "Larengeal Tüp" uygulaması

Çalışmamız, kısa süreli cerrahi girişimler için anestezi uygulanacak çocuk olgularda larengeal maske (LMA) ile larengeal tüpün (LT) karşılaştırılmalı olarak incelenmesini amaçlamıştır. Bu prospektif klinik çalışmaya rasgele 39 ASA I-II olgu katıldı. Havayolu sırasıyla 20 olguda LMA, 19 olguda ise LT, ile sağlandı, ilk denemede başarı oranı , LMA. grubunda (% 100) LT grubundan (% 70, p

Laryngeal mask airway and laryngeal tube applications in pediatric cases undergoing minor surgery

The purpose of this study was to investigate the laryn-geal mask airway (LMA) and the laryngeal tube (LT) comparatively in anaesthetized pediatric cases, undergoing short lasting minor surgical operations. 39 ASA I-II patients were randomly enrolled into this prospective clinical study. Airway was secured with LMA in 20 cases and with LT in 19 cases respectively. The rate of first attempt success was significantly higher in the LMA group (% 100) than the LT group (% 70, p
