Bu çalışmada ÎGEME Kütüphanesi web sayfasının değerlendirilmesi konusu ele alınmıştır. Bu konu kapsamında web tasarımı nedir, web sayfası tasarımında dikkat edilecek unsurlar, web tasarımı ilkeleri, kütüphane web siteleri, ÎGEME Kütüphanesi web sayfası gibi konular web sayfası tasarımı kriterlerine göre değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmamızın amacı ÎGEME Kütüphanesi 'nin web sayfasını ve hizmetlerini değerlendirmek, varsa eksiklikleri saptamak ve gerekli önerilerde bulunmaktır. Bu amaçla ÎGEME Kütüphanesi çalışanları ile görüşme yapılmış, elde edilen bulgular değerlendirilerek kütüphane web sitesinin kurumun hedef kitlesi düşünülerek tekrar gözden geçirilmesi gerektiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

This study analyzes the webpage of IGEME Library. Within this scope, topics including the definition of a website, points to consider in designing a website, principles of a website, library websites, and the webpage of IGEME Library are evaluated in terms of criteria of website designing. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the website and services of IGEME Library, determine its deficiencies (if any) and make necessary suggestions. In this regard, IGEME librarians are interviewed. In the light of findings, it is concluded that the library website requires a revision considering the target audience of the Center.
