Te Caramanian people who believed in Orthodox Christianity faith and lived in centralAnatolia thorough the history, spoke and wrote Turkish with Greek alphabet. Tese peoplelived with Turkish and shared many things belonging to Turkish culture for almost a thousand year until the population exchange. In addition to having common characteristics thatwe have with these Anatolian Christians with whom we shared the same geography despite having diferent religious belief, it is an undeniable fact that we were afected from eachother s ways of life and beliefs. In this respect, the efects of Hacı Bektash Veli, an international figure now, can be seen on Orthodox Christians that we used to live together in the historical process. Tis study first atempts to focuses on the relationship between Bektashismand Christianity. Ten, the study deals with the section of annual of 1914 in Caramanianlanguage, which is Turkish in Greek alphabet that tells about Hacı Bektash Dervish lodgefrom a Christian perspective. Facsimile of the aforementioned section along with its formtranslated into the Latin alphabet is available here. Furthermore, photographs in the annualhave the status of historical documents as they show the mosque in the shrine, graveyardoutside the shrine, boiler room, lion-mouthed fountain. In the conclusion part of the study,a diferent aspect of Bektashism-Christianity relationship is manifested.
