Dispeptik hastalarda helicobacter pylori Immunoglobulin G sıklığı

Helicobacter pylori (HP), gastrit ve peptik ülser ile ilişkili olduğu bilinen bir mikroorganizmadır. Olguların be¬lirlenmesinde ve tedavi etkinliğinin araştırılmasında kullanılabilirliği gösterilmiş olan HP Immunoglobulin G (IgG)nin dispeptik hastalardaki sıklığını belirlemek amacı ile 72 kişiden oluşan dispeptik yakınmalı hastadan ve 56 kişilik kon¬trol grubundan alınan serum örneklerinde HP IgG ImmunoComb Enzyme Immunoassay (EIA) test kitleri kullanılarak antikor pozitiflikleri ve titreleri araştırıldı. Helicobacter pylori (HP) is known to be a microorganism which is associated with gastritis and peptic ulcer disease. 72 patients with dyspepsia and 56 healthy individuals were tested for detection of the HP Immunoglobulin G (IgG) which was previously showed to be a usalde method for detection of the patients and controlled for treatment efficacy, and titers of them in the sera samples by HP IgG-lmmunoComb Enzyme Immunoassay (EIA) test kits.
