Afyon Çay seluloz fabrikasında havanın mikrobiyolojik analizi yapılmıştır. Bu amaçla impingment sistemi kullanılmıştır. Fabrikadan alınan hava örneğinde bakteri koloni sayısı 8x103 cfu/m3, ofisten alınan örnekte ise6x103 cfu/m3, yine fabrikadan alınan hava örneğinde mantar koloni sayısı 2x103 cfu/m3,ofisten alınan örnekte ise 1.8x103 cfu/m3 şeklinde saptanmıştır. Tozlu bir ortam olan fabrika ile kontrol örneklerin alındığı ofis kısmındaki mikroorganizmaların koloni sayıları birbirine yakın ve normal düzeylerde olduğu saptanmıştır.

The microbiological analysis of the working atmosphere in Afyon Çay pulp factory have been performed. For this purpose the impingment system have been used. The colony count of bacteria in the factory was 8x103 cfu/m3 and in offise 6x103 cfu/m3, also the coloni count of fungi in the factory was 2x103 cfu/m3 and in the office division 1.8x103 cfu/ m3. The amount of the colony forming units measured in the factory, which contains dust in working atmosphere and the office from where control samples have been taken were close to each other and in normal levels.
