Aort koarktasyon zemininde gelişen aort diseksiyonunda iki aşamalı tamir:Olgu sunumu

Doğuştan aort koarktasyonuna sekonder gelişen akut aort diseksiyonu, nadir görülen bir patolojidir. Bu komplike durumun tedavisinde tek veya iki aşamalı cerrahi işlem uygulanır. Kliniğimize bu tablo ile başvuran 21 yaşında erkek hastaya, tip 2 aort diseksiyonu tanısı ile acil suprakoroner tübüler greft replasmanı yapıldı ve taburculuğundan iki ay sonra aort koarktasyonu tamiri uygulandı.

Two-stage repair of aortic dissection associated with aortic coarctation: a case report

Aortic dissection associated with congenital aortic coarctation is a rarely seen pathology. There are one or two-stage surgical approaches for the management of this complicated condition. A 21-year-old male patient who was admitted with this clinical presentation to our clinic underwent emergent supracoronary tubular graft replacement with the diagnosis of type 2 aortic dissection and aortic coarctation repair at two months following discharge.
