Akciğer rezeksiyonu sonrası sekresyon retansiyonu ve atelektazi tedavisinde Seldinger yöntemi ile krikotiroidotomi uygulanması

Minitrakeotomi ameliyatı sonrası sekresyon retansiyonu veatelektazinin önlenmesi ve tedavisinde kullanılan güvenilirve etkili bir yöntemdir. Genel anestezi altında veya lokalanestezi ile uygulanabilir. Minitrakeotomi uygulanmasınabağlı komplikasyonlar genellikle önlenebilir ve nadirdir.Bu yazıda akciğer rezeksiyonu sonrasında sekresyonretansiyonu ve atelektazi gelişen hastalarda rijit bronkoskopiyardımı ile Mini-Trach II ® Portex Seldinger kit uygulamatekniği ve sonuçları sunuldu.

Cricothyroidotomy performed by Seldinger method in the management postoperative sputum retention and atelectasis after lung resection

Mini-tracheotomy is a safe and effective method inthe prevention and treatment of postoperative sputumretention and atelectasis. It can be applied under generalanesthesia or local anesthesia. Minitracheotomy-relatedcomplications are usually preventable and are rare. In thisarticle, we present the outcomes of Mini-Trach II ® PortexSeldinger kit application technique under the guidance ofrigid bronchoscopy in patients with atelectasis and sputumretention after lung resection.
