İŞ BİRLİKÇİ İNTERNET TEMELLİ ÖĞRENME ORTAMININ KIRKPATRICK DEĞERLENDİRME MODELİNE GÖRE DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Araştırmanın genel amacı, eş zamanlı ve eş zamansız çevrim içi öğrenme araçlarının kullanıldığı bireysel ve iş birlikçi problem temelli öğrenme ortamlarının öğrencilerin doyum, öğrenme ve proje geliştirme düzeylerine etkilerini ortaya koymaktır. Bu araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, Gazi Üniversitesi Gazi Eğitim Fakültesi Bilgisayar ve Öğretim Teknolojileri Öğretmenliği Eğitimde Bilgi Teknolojileri I dersini alan 41 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada öğrenme ortamına ilişkin genel doyum puanlarının bulunulan gruba göre değişip değişmediği ile ilgili araştırma sorusunda ilişkisiz örneklemler için t-testi kullanılmış; elde edilen bulgulara göre, öğrencilerin bulundukları öğrenme grubundaki öğrenme ortamına ilişkin genel doyum puanları, öğrenme grubuna göre anlamlı bir farklılık göstermemiştir [t(39)=0.633; p > .05]. Araştırmada öğrenme ortamına ilişkin öğrencilerin akademik başarı puanlarının bulunulan gruba göre değişip değişmediği ile ilgili araştırma sorusunda karışık ölçümler için iki faktörlü ANOVA kullanılmış; elde edilen bulgulara göre, öğrencilerin bulundukları öğrenme grubundaki öğrenme ortamına ilişkin akademik başarı puanları öğrenme grubuna göre anlamlı bir farklılık göstermemiştir [F(1,39)=.18; p > .05]. İş birlikçi öğrenme ortamında bulunan deneklerin proje geliştirme başarılarının bireysel öğrenme ortamında bulunan deneklere göre anlamlı farklılık gösterdiği bulunmuştur [F(1,39)=19.24; p < .05]. Bu farklılık iş birlikçi problem temelli öğrenme ortamı lehinedir. İş birlikçi öğrenme ortamında bulunan deneklerin kaliteli proje geliştirme başarılarının bireysel öğrenme ortamında bulunan deneklere göre farklı olduğu görülmüştür [F(1,39)=363.70; p < .05]. Yine bu farklılık iş birlikçi problem temelli öğrenme ortamı lehinedir.

EVALUATION OF COOPERATIVE INTERNET BASED LEARNING ENVIRONMENT BASED ON KIRKPATRICK EVALUATION MODEL

The aim of the research in which 2X2 factorial experimental design used, is to investigate the effects of individual or collaborative problem-based learning using synchronous and asynchronous online learning tools on satisfaction, learning, project development and high quality project development levels of students. This study was conducted on 41 students, attending ICT in Education Course, from Gazi University Education Faculty Computer and Instructional Technology Department.. Results of the t-test analysis, related to the research question about the change of general satisfaction scores about learning environment according to the kind of the groups, showed that there was not a significant difference between satisfaction scores of the students according to the kind of the group [t(39)=0.633; p > .05]. According to the results derived from one way ANOVA, there was not a significant difference between the achievement scores of the students according to the kind of the group they participated [F(1,39)=.18; p > .05]. There was a significant difference between the project development achievement scores [F(1,39)=19.24; p < .05]. In other words, the project development achievement level of the students from cooperative learning groups were higher than the others. Also the high quality project development achievement of the cooperative group was found higher than the others [F(1,39)=363.70; p < .05].
