Anterior Polidiastema Vakasının Direkt Kompozit Restorasyonlarla Estetik Rehabilitasyonu: Olgu Sunumu

Minimal invaziv ve estetik bir tedavi seçeneği olan direkt kompozit rezin restorasyonlar diastema vakalarında başarıyla kullanılmaktadır. Bu olgu sunumunun amacı, ortodontik tedavisi tamamlanan hastada, vital ağartma sonrası direkt kompozit rezin restorasyonlarla estetik rehabilitasyonun sağlanmasıdır. Ortodontik tedavisi tamamlanan 19 yaşında kadın hastanın anterior dişlerinde renklenme şikayeti için %16’lık karbamid peroksit içeren beyazlatma jeliyle 15 gün ev tipi ağartma tedavisi uygulandı. Ağartma sonrası hands-free tekniğiyle kompozit rezin restorasyonlar yapıldı. Bitirme ve cila işlemleri diskler ve polisaj lastikleriyle gerçekleştirildi. Polidiastema ve renklenme şikayetiyle kliniğimize başvuran hastada ağartma tedavisi sonrası direkt kompozit rezin restorasyonlarla estetik rehabilitasyon sağlandı.

Aesthetic Rehabilitation of Anterior Polydiastema Case with Direct Composite Restorations: Case Report

Direct composite resin restorations, which are a minimally invasive and aesthetic treatment option, are successfully used in diastema cases. The aim of this case report is to provide aesthetic rehabilitation with direct composite resin restorations after vital bleaching in the patient whose orthodontic treatment has been completed. A 19-year-old female patient, whose orthodontic treatment was completed, was treated for 15 days of home bleaching with a whitening gel containing 16% carbamide peroxide for the complaint of discoloration in her anterior teeth. After bleaching, composite resin restorations were applied with the hands-free technique. Finishing and polishing operations were carried out with discs and polishing rubbers. Aesthetic rehabilitation was provided with direct composite resin restorations after bleaching treatment in the patient who applied to our clinic with the complaint of polydiastema and discoloration.
