Gebelikte sigara bırakma tedavisi

Gebelik boyunca aktif ve pasif sigara içimi önemli bir sağlık sorunudur. Sigara içen gebelerin bir çoğu, gebelik boyunca sigara içmeye devam etmektedir. Tütünün hem anne hem de fetusa ciddi riskleri olduğundan, sigara içen gebelerin etkili davranış ve ilaç tedavilerine ihtiyaçları vardır. Farmakoterapi, gebelikte sigara bırakmada faydalı olabilir, ama fetus üzerinde potansiyel zararlı etkileri de olabilir. Gebe sigara içicilerinde, tedavinin güvenilirliğini ve etkisini gösteren az sayıda çalışma mevcuttur. Bu derlemede, sigara içen gebelerde kullanılacak tedaviler özetlenecektir.

Treatment of smoking cessation during pregnancy

Active and passive smoking during pregnancy is an important health problem. The majority of pregnant smoker women continue smoking during pregnancy. Because of the serious risks of tobacco to both mother and fetus, effective behavioral interventions and pharmacotherapy are needed to help pregnant smokers. Pharmacotherapy may useful smoking cessation in pregnancy, but may be the potential harmful effects of medication on the fetus. The very few studies exist that have studied the safety and efficacy of medications to treat pregnant smokers. The treatments for the use pregnancy smokers were summarized in this review.
