Mekanik nedenli ayak ve ayak bilek ağrıları

Gerek toplumda gerekse sporcularda en sık yaralanmaların ve ağrıların görüldüğü vücut bölgelerinden biri ayak ve ayak bileğidir. Bu dar alanda birçok kemik, eklem ve tendonlar bulunmaktadır. Bu durum görüntüleme yöntemleri ile tanı koymayı zorlaştırmaktadır. Dolayısıyla hastadan iyi bir anamnezin alınması,bu bölgenin anatomisinin ve sık görülen hastalıkların iyi bilinmesi yaklaşımda son derece önemlidir. Bu çalışmada çok sık görülen bu sağlık sorununa özellikle de birinci basamakta yaklaşım ele alınmaktadır.

Mechanical induced foot and ankle pain

Foot and ankles are the most frequent injury region of the body, either sportmens or general population. There are many bones, joints and tendons exist in this narrow area. This situation get harder to diagnosis by using imaging methods. Because of this well anamnesis, knowledge about anatomy of this region and frequent diseases are important to correct evaluation. The approach to this frequent health problem was held on in this paper.
