Bu durum, milletlere bilim adamlarını yetiştirmek görevini vermektedir. Bilim adamları eğitim kurumlarında yetişir. Eğitimin önemi buradan gelmektedir. Eğitim nedir? Sözlükler ve eğitimbilimciler eğitime çeşitli anlamlar vermişler ve onu çeşitli şekillerde tanımlamışlardır. Bunlar gözden geçirildiğinde eğitimin şu üç unsuru içerdiği görülür: Aktarma, yetiştirme ve yaratma. Çağdaş eğitim bu üç unsuru başarıyla yerine getiren eğitimdir. Yeni nesillerine başarılı bir eğitim veren milletlerin geleceği bellidir; aydınlıktır; çünkü eğitim bir ayna gibidir.

We live in a scientific age which leads people to solve their induviduel, family, national and social problems by the help of science. This stuation gives a new duty to nations for educating their scientists. Scientists are educated in educational institutes. The importance of education comes from this point. What is education? Dictionaries and educationists give different meaning to education and they define it different ways. When we read them over quickly, we see that education contains three elements: Transfer, devolepment and creativity. The contemporary education is carrying out these issues succesfully. The nation's future that give contemporary education to new genarations are clear, brilliant; because education is like a miror.
