Bu araştırmada ilköğretim matematik, ortaöğretim matematik, fen bilgisi ve bilgisayar ve öğretim teknolojileri bölümü öğretmen adaylarının matematik okuryazarlığı öz yeterlik algılarının cinsiyet, bölüm ve sınıf bakımından farklılık gösterip göstermediği incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın katılımcılarını Marmara Üniversitesi Atatürk Eğitim Fakültesinde öğrenim görmekte olan toplam 270 öğretmen adayı oluşturmaktadır. Bu nicel araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Matematik okuryazarlığı öz-yeterlik ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Bu ölçek iki bölümden oluşmakta olup, birinci bölümünde demografik bilgiler sorulmuş ikinci bölümünde ise 5’li likert tipinde 25 maddeden oluşan Matematik okuryazarlığı öz-yeterlik ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, öğretmen adaylarının matematik okuryazarlık öz-yeterlik algılarının bölümlere ve sınıflara göre farklılaştığı ancak cinsiyete göre farklılaşmadığı ortaya çıkmıştır.

In this study the perception of self-efficacy in mathematics literacy of preservice teachers in primary mathematics education, secondary mathematics education, science education and computer and instructional technologies education departments were examined in terms of being different or not according to gender, department and grade. Participants of the research consist of 270 preservice teachers studying at Ataturk Education faculty of Marmara University. In this quantitative study, scale of self-efficacy in mathematics literacy was used for getting data. The scale composed of two sections was given to preservice teachers. In the first section of the scale, students were asked about demographics, in the second part they were given 25 items being in the form of five point likert. According to the results of this study; the perception of self-efficacy in mathematics of preservice teachers differs according to the departments and grades. But it doesn’t differ according to the gender of preservice teachers.
