Türkiye emek piyasasında belirlenmiş makro ekonomik de¤işkenler arasındaki İlişkilerin ekonometrik analizi

İşsizlik sonucu gelir elde edemeyen bireyler nedeniyle ülkeler hem toplumsal hem de ekonomik anlamda buyuk sorunlarla karşı karşıya bulunmaktadır. Bu sorunların cozulebilmesi gerek istihdam olanaklarının artırılması gerekse diğer makro değşkenlerin iyileşmesi ile mümkün olacaktır. Bu gercekten yola cıkarak calışmada Turkiye emek piyasasında 1978-2010 donemi dikkate alınarak, işsizlik oranı, asgari ücret, enflasyon ve milli gelir arasındaki ilişkiler analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonuçlarına göre, uzun dönemde asgari ücret ve enflasyondaki artışların işsizliği arttırdığı, milli gelir artışlarının ise işsizliği azalttığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Econometric analyses of the relations between defined macroeconomic variables in labor market of Turkey

The individuals who cannot get income due to the unemployment cause the countries to encounter big social and economic problems. Both increase in employment opportunities and improvement in other macro variables enable these problems to be solved. The relations between unemployment rate, minimum wage, inflation and national income are analyzed in this study regarding the period between 1978 and 2010 in the labor market of Turkey. Based on the analyses results, it is concluded that the increase in minimum wage and inflation causes the unemployment rate to increase while the increase in national income causes the unemployment rate to decrease in the long run.
