Four Different Climatic Regions Analysis by Using TMY (Typical Meteorological Year) Method

In this study, using one of the most common methods used to determine the local sun climate TMY method, data are obtained for different cities around Turkey. The effects of variables on the weighted average are calculated with the weighting coefficients determined for climate parameters. Cumulative distribution functions were determined according to the average value and standard deviation of each month. Weighted Finkelstein-Schafer Statistics values determined accordingly are shared in 4 cities as tables. With the data obtained, the effects of regional climate changes on heating and cooling were examined. In addition, by sharing the minimum values, heating degree day (HDD) and cooling degree day (CDD) values, it is aimed that the researchers design according to today’s climatic conditions.
