In thispaper "Quality assurance in yarnproduction" has been considered based on mill and OE-rotor spinning mill, conditions and the control technology auailable today. An attempt has been made based on the two examples of the combed cotton ring spinning mill, to set out aplan of sampling and on line superuision for a combination OFF-LINE and ON-LINE control conditions. Application of this combinations will ensure quality of the finishedproduct and improved quality assumnce at each stage ofyarn manufacture.
