The effect of washing agent usage on the efficiency of the removal of hydrolizate in washing treatments after reactive dyeing

In this research, hydrolizate removal efficiency of different washing agents (anionic, non-ionic) used in washing treatments were researched by inspecting washing agent concentration, liquor ratio and treatment time parameters. Firstly we prepared hydrolizated dye liquor. Then, we applied this liquor into bleached cotton fabrics by padding method. We washed these samples at 95°C with different washing times, washing agents and concentrations, and liquor ratios. By implementation of the spectral measurements, the hydrolizate removal efficiency of the washing agents was evaluated.
