Kompakt ve ring ipliklerden elde edilmiş bezayağı dokuma kumaşların mukavemet, boncuklanma ve aşınma özellikleri üzerine bir araştırma

Bu çalışmada; %100 penye pamuk ring ve kompakt ipliklerden elde edilmiş bezayağı dokuma kumaşların mukavemet, boncuklanma, aşınma özellikleri incelenmiştir. Sonuçlara göre; ring ve kompakt iplik yapıları arasındaki farklılıklar, söz konusu her iki kumaş özelliği üzerinde önemli rol oynamaktadır. Sonuç olarak; kompakt ipliklerden elde edilmiş kumaşların, ring ipliklerden elde edilmiş olanlara göre daha yüksek mukavemete ve daha yüksek boncuklanma ve aşınma direncine sahip oldukları görülmüştür.

An investigation about strength, pilling and abrasion properties of plain woven fabrics made from ring and compact yarns

In this paper, strength, pilling and abrasion properties of plain woven fabrics made from 100% combed cotton ring and compact yarns were investigated. According to results, structural differences between ring and compact spun yarns played a significant role on fabric properties. As a result, fabrics woven from compact yarns were found to have higher strength and higher pilling and abrasion resistances than fabrics woven from ring yarns.
