Bu araştırmada, V kayışlı bir boylama ünitesi içeren havuç boylama makinesi tasarlanmış ve prototipi yapılmıştır. Makinenin boylama hassasiyetini ve kapasitesini belirlemek amacıyla denemeler yapılmıştır. Denemeler 20 ve 40 'lik besleme düzeni eğimlerinde, beş ayrı boylayıcı kayış hız kademesinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Deneme sonuçları istatistiksel yöntemlerle analiz edilip, sonuçlar değerlendirilmiştir.

In this study, carrot sorting machine is designed which contained sorting units with V belt and made its prototype. Experiment were made in order to determine sorting capacity and sensitivity of machine. Experiments was done with 20 - 40 feeding unit tilt angle and five different V belt velocity level. Results of experidements were analyzetd with statistical methods.
