Mitral valve thrombosis in third trimester pregnancy: case reportThe incidence of thromboembolic complications are increased in pregnant women with mechanical heartvalves and, thromboembolic events are important complications threating both the lives of mother and fetus.Therefore, ideal anticoagulant theraphy should avoid mechanical heart valve thrombosis and should nothave teratogenic effect itself. But currently, ideal anticoagulant theraphy in pregnant women with mechanicalheart valve remains unclear.
