İzmir su kurbağası (Rana ridibunda Pallas,1771) populasyonlarında laktat dehidrogenaz,malat dehidrogenaz superosid dismutaz fenotipleri

İzmir civarından elde edilen Rana ridibunda türüne dahil su kurbağalarında laktat dehidrogenaz (LDH E.C, 1.1.1.27), malat dehidrogenaz (MDH, E.C. 1.1.1.37) ve superoksid dismutaz (SOD, E.C.I.15.1.1.) lokusları karaciğer, kas ve kalp kası ekstraktlarmda poliakrilamid disk jel elektroforeziyle çalışılmıştır, incelenen tüm lokuslar her bir doku ekstraktı için farklı fenotipler sergilemiştir. Çalışmamız her bir enzim lokusu için doku ve etektroforetik koşullara bağlı varyasyonların izlenebileceği bir prosedür sunmaktadır.

Lactate dehydrogenase,malate dehydrogenase and superosid dismutase phenotypes of Izmir waterfrog populations

In the water frogs collected from Izmir Region pertaining to R. ridibunda, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH E.C, 1.1.1.27), malate dehydrogenase (MDH, E.C. 1.1.1.37) and superoxide dismutase(SOD, E.C.I.15.1.1.) loci were studied by applying Polyacrylamide Gel Disc Electrophoresis on extracts of liver, skeletal and heart muscle. All the loci that we examined exhibit different phenotypes for each tissue extracts. Our study presents a procedure for each enzyme loci that observing all the variations related to different tissues and electroporetic conditions.
