Gökkuşağı alabalığı (Oncorhynchus mykiss Walbaum, 1792) ve kaynak alabalığı (Salvelinus fontinalus Mitchil, 1814)' nın yumurta çapı ile vücut büyüklüğü arasındaki ilişki ve yumurta verimleri

Bu çalışma, Rize ili Güneysu Beldesindeki özel alabalık çiftliğinde yürütülmüştür. Gökkuşağı (Oncorhynchus mykiss) alabalığı ile kaynak (Salvelinus fontinalis) alabalığı anaçlarının yumurta büyüklüğü ile vücut büyüklüğü arasındaki ilişki araştırılmış ve yumurta verimine etkisi karşılaştırmıştır. 3 ve 4 yaşındaki alabalıklar kuru yöntemle Aralık 2002, Ocak-Şubat 2003 tarihlerinde sağılmıştır. Anaç gökkuşağı alabalıkları ortalama 44,3±7,394 cm uzunluğunda, 1050,3±461,027 g ağırlığında olup, yumurta verimleri 3016,8±360,320 yumurta/birey belirlenmiştir. Yumurta çapı da 4,82±0,339 mm olarak bulunmuştur. Kaynak alabalıklarında ise damızlık boyu 33,9±3,900 cm ve ağırlığı 526,8±202,098 g olarak tespit edilmiştir. Yumurta verimleri de 1449,2±373,186 yumurta/birey ve yumurta çapları 4,28±0,261 mm olarak bulunmuştur. Her iki alabalığın kendi aralarındaki damızlık ağırlık ile yumurta verimleri ve yumurta çapları karşılaştırıldığında pozitif bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir (r=0,91, r=0,69, p

The relatinoship and the fecundity between the egg size and the body weight of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss Walbaum, 1792) and brook trout (Salvelinus fontinalis Mitchil, 1814)

This study was conducted in a private fish farm in Güneysu, Rize. The relationship between egg size and body weight of the rainbow trouts and the brook trouts was examined and its influence was compared with the fecundity. The trouts at the age of 34 were stripped in November, 2002, January and February, 2003 with the dry method. That the length average of rainbow trouts was 44,3±7,394 cm, that the weight average was 1050,3±461,027 g and that the fecundity was 3016,8±360,320 egg each were determined. The egg size was measured as 4,82±0,339 mm. On the other hand, these situation were seen in the brook trouts: The brood length average was 33,9+3,900 cm and the weight one was 526,8±202,098 g. The fecundity and the egg size were calculated as 1449,2+373,186 egg each and 4,28±0,261 mm. When the brood weights of both of the trouts were compared with the fecundity and the egg size, it was seen there was a positive relationship between them (r=0,91, r=0,69, p<0,05). At the same time, when the brood weight, the fecundity and the egg size of the rainbow trouts were compared to the brook trouts1 ones, the difference between them was found significant (p<0,01).
