Çipura (Sparus aurata L., 1758) larvalarında mikropartikül yeme geçiş döneminde sindirim enzimlerindeki değişimler

Bu çalışmada, çipura larvalarında mikropartikül yeme geçiş olarak kabul edilen sövraj döneminde (35–50. gün) larval gelişim ve yaşama oranının yanı sıra sindirim enzimleri aktivitesindeki değişimler incelenmiştir. Mikropartikül yeme geçiş döneminde aktivitesi izlenen enzimlerden tripsin aktivitesi deneme başında göreceli olarak yüksek bir aktivite göstermiş, deneme sonuna kadar azalma devam etmiştir. Pepsin aktivitesi ilk kez 38. günde tespit edilmiştir. Bundan sonraki günlerde pepsin aktivitesi ani artış göstermiş, 45. günde maksimum seviyeye yükselmiştir. Bu günden sonra aktivitede yavaş azalmalar tespit edilmiştir. Lipaz aktivitesinde denemenin başından sonuna kadar küçük değişimler izlenmiştir. Amilaz aktivitesi ise mikropartikül yem girişinin ardından yükselmiş, denemenin başından sonuna kadar yavaş bir azalma göstermiştir. Bununla birlikte, sövraj dönemi başında, larvalara ait total boy ortalama 15.45±1.23 mm, deneme sonunda ise 27.13±2.67 mm olarak bulunmuştur. Ayrıca, deneme başında larvalara ait ağırlık ortalama ortalama 21.5±2.2 mg, sövraj dönemi sonunda ise 39.2 ±5.2 mg olarak bulunmuştur. Buna ek olarak, spesifik büyüme oranı ve yaşama oranı sırasıyla %3.75/gün ve %91.8 olarak hesaplanmıştır.

Variations of digestive enzyme activities in gilthead sea bream larvae (Sparus aurata L., 1758) during the weaning stage. In this study, digestive enzyme activities were investigated with larval development and survival during the weaning stage which microparticulate food introduced. During the weaning stage, trypsin activity relatively increased at the beginning of the experiment and slowly decreased until end of the weaning stage. Pepsin was firstly detected on day 38 and sharp increased, reached to peak at 45 days. Then slight declines were measured until end of the experiment. Lipase specific activity was slightly fluctuated from beginning to end of the experiment. Amylase specific activity was increased after microparticulate food introduction and slowly decreased until end of the experiment. Total length was measured as 15.45±1.23 mm, and 27.13±2.67 mm at the beginning and end of the experiment respectively. Also, weight was measured 21.5±2.2 mg and 322.2 ±51.2 mg at the beginning and end of the experiment respectively.
