Çamaltı tulası'ndaki (İzmir,Türkiye) Artemia parthenogenetica'nın yağ asitleri üzerine bir araştırma

Bu çalışmada Çamaltı Tuzlası'ndaki (İzmir-Türkiye) Artemia parthenogenetica Instar-I nauplii yağ asiti içerikleri belirlenmiştir. (C 10:0) dan (C 24:1) kadar olan 27 yağ asiti tanımlanmıştır. Instar-I nauplius'un akuakültürde balık ve kabuklu türlerinin larval beslemesinde istenen yağ asitlerinden 16:0, 18:1, 18:3, 20:5, 22:0, 22:6, 24:1 içerdiği saptanmıştır.

A stduy of the fatty acid composition of Artemia parthenogenetica of Çamaltı saltworks (Izmir,Turkey)

In this study, the fatty acids composition of Artemia parthenogenetica Instar-I nauplii which grow naturally in Çamaltı Saltworks (Izmir-Turkey) was determined. A total of 27 fatty acids were found in Instar-I nauplii stage of A.parthenogenetica, between (C 10:0) and (C24:l). From the results of the study, Instar-I nauplii of A. parthenogenetica includes important fatty acids, such as 16:0,18:1,18:3,20:5, 22:0, 22:6, and 24:1. It can be said as a potential food source for larval feeding of many fish and shellfish species of aquaculture.
