Bir Hemşirelik Fakültesinde İntörnlerin Mesleki Güdülenmeleri ve Stres Kaynakları İlişkisi

Amaç: Güdülenme konusu her kurumda çok önemli olmakla birlikte, sağlık hizmeti sunulan hastanelerde, bu hizmetten yararlanan hastalar ve yakınları ile hizmet sunanlar açısından hayati öneme sahiptir denilebilir. Bu araştırmada hemşirelik fakültesi son sınıf öğrencilerinin klinik uygulamalarda karşılaştıkları sorunların öğrenciler üzerinde yarattığı stres ve bu stresin güdülenme ile ilişkisinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem: Tanımlayıcı ve ilişkisel araştırma tasarımına sahip olan bu çalışma, 2015-2016 eğitim ve öğretim yılında bir hemşirelik fakültesine kayıtlı ve araştırmaya katılmaya gönüllü 167 intörn hemşire ile yürütülmüştür. Öğrenciler uygulama alanlarına çıktıkları sırada değerlendirmeye alınmıştır. Uygulama öncesi gerekli etik izinler alınmıştır. Verilerin toplanmasında “Tanıtıcı Bilgi Formu”, “Güdülenme Kaynakları ve Sorunları Ölçeği” ve “Algılanan Stres Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. The Relationship Between Vocational Motivation and Sources of Stress among Interns at a Faculty of Nursing

Objective: While motivation is a very important issue for every institution, it may be said that it is of vital importance at hospitals, where healthcare services are provided, for patients, their relatives and people who provide the services. In this research, it was aimed to examine the stress caused by problems that final year students of nursing school encounter during clinical practice and its relationship with motivation. Methods: This research, for which a descriptive and relational research design has been used, was conducted in the 2015-2016 school year among 167 nursing interns enrolled in a faculty of nursing and volunteered to participate in the research. The students were evaluated during practice. Necessary ethics approval was obtained before conducting the research. The "Introductory Information Form", the "Scale for Sources and Problems of Motivation" and the "Perceived Stress Scale" were used to collect data. These data were evaluated using numbers, percentage distributions and the tests measuring the significance of the difference between independent groups.
