The purpose of the study was to examine the the psychometric properties of the Coaching Efficacy Scale (CES) which measures coaches' beliefs about their capacity to affect the performance of their athletes. Bu çalışmanın amacı, antrenörün sporcularının performansını etkileme kapasitesi hakkındaki inançlarını ölçen, Antrenörlük Yeterlilik Ölçeği'nin AYÖ) psikometrik özelliklerinin incelenmesidir. Araştırma grubu, basketbol, futbol, tenis ve hentbol branşlarında Türkiye'nin çeşitli kulüplerinde çalışan 204 antrenörden oluşmaktadır.
