ADOLESAN VOLEYBOLCULARDA KUADRİSEPS FEMORİS KASINA UYGULANAN KİNEZYOLOJİK BANTLAMANIN STATİK DENGE, ENDURANS VE PROPRİOSEPSİYON ÜZERİNE ETKİLERİ

Bu çalışmada adolesan voleybolcularda kuadriseps femoris kasına uygulanan kinezyolojik bantlamanın denge, endurans ve propriosepsion üzerine etkilerini araştırmak amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmaya adölesan 20 erkek voleybol oyuncusu dahil edildi. Sporcuların kuadriseps kasını fasilite etmek amacı ile kinezyolojik bantlama (KB) uygulandı. Sporcuların statik denge performansları 'Tek ayak üzerinde durma testi' (TADT), enduransı ‘Single leg squat testi’ ve ‘Lunge Testi’ ile propriyosepsiyon duyusu ise ‘Kapalı Kinematik Açı Reprodüksiyon Testi’ ile bantlama öncesi ve bantlamadan 48 saat sonra değerlendirildi. Elde edilen verilerin analizi için SPSS 22.0 programı kullanıldı. EFFECTS OF KINESIOLOGICAL BANDING PERFORMED OF QUADRICEPS MUSCLES AT ADOLESCENT VOLLEYBALL PLAYERS ON STATIC BALANCE, ENDURANCE AND PROPRIOCEPTION

This study aimes to examine the effects of kinesiologic taping applied to the quadriceps femoris muscle on balance, endurance and proprioception in adolescent volleyball players. This study included twenty adolescent male volleyball players Kinesiologic taping was performed on the athletes to facilitate the quadriceps muscle. ‘Standing on one foot test’ was performed to test athletes’ static balance performances, Endurance was tested with ‘Single Leg Squat’ and ‘Lunge Test’, and proprioception was assessed with ‘Closed Kinematic Angle Reproduction Test’ These assessments were performed before banding and 48 hours after the banding.
