TİTREŞİMİN PERFORMANSA ETKİSİ.

Son yýllarda, titreþim bir egzersiz ve antrenman yöntemi olarak oldukça popüler olmuþ ve araþtýrmacýlarýn ilgisini çekmiþtir. Bu doðrultuda bu derlemenin amacý bir egzersiz ve antrenman yöntemi olarak titreþimin insan vücudunda oluþturduðu etkileri incelemektir. Derlemede, titreþim uygulamasýna kas iðciði ve motor ünitelerin verdiði yanýtlar, lokal ve tüm vücut titreþimi olarak uygulanan akut ve kronik titreþimin nöromüsküler performans, esneklik, denge ve metabolik yanýtlara olan etkisi yapýlan çalýþmalar çerçevesinde incelenecektir
