Geliştirilmiş oyun-egzersiz programının anaokulu çocuklarında lokomotor becerilere etkisi

Bu çalışmanın amacı geliştirilmiş Oyun-Egzersiz Programının (OEP) 5-6 yaş grubu anaokulu çocuklarında lokomotor becerilere etkisinin araştırılmasıdır. Çalışmaya Trabzon il merkezinde bulunan 3 farklı anaokulundan toplam 105 denek (54 kız-51 erkek) katılmıştır. Lokomotor becerilerin ölçülmesinde TGMD-2 (Kaba Motor Gelişim Testi) uygulanmıştır. Testin lokomotor alt testleri; koşu, durarak uzun atlama, sıçrama, yana kayma, galop ve seksek'tir. İlk testlerin tamamlanmasının ardından denekler, seçkisiz atama yoluyla deney (n=57) ve kontrol (n=48) olmak üzere iki gruba ayrılmıştır. Deney grubundaki çocuklar 14 kişilik gruplar halinde 12 hafta süreyle, haftada 2 kez 45 dakikalık toplam 24 seans OEP'ye katılmıştır. OEP, 5-6 yaş grubu için tavsiye edilen temel lokomotor, obje kontrol, denge, eksensel beceri, ritm çalışmaları ile bu hareketleri içeren oyunlardan oluşmuştur. OEP uygulaması sonunda tüm deneklere son-test uygulanmıştır. Çalışmada elde edilen verilerin analizinde Bağımsız Gruplarda t testi, Tekrarlı Ölçümlerde Varyans Analizi ve tanımlayıcı istatistik uygulanmıştır. Effect of the enhanced play-movement program on kindergarden children's locomotor skills

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the enhanced play-movement program on locomotor skills of kindergarden children aged 5-6 years. A total of 105 children from 3 different kindergardens in Trabzon centre were participated in this study (54 girls-51 boys). TGMD-2 (The Test of Gross Motor Development) was performed for determining locomotor skill performance. The locomotor subtests of the TGMD-2 are: run, gallop, hop, leap, horizontal jump and slide. After the pre-test measurement, subjects were randomly assigned to experimental (n-57) and control (n=51) groups. Subjects in experimental group participated in PMP (Play-Movement Program) for 12 weeks, two days per week and 45 minutes per session. PMP is composed of locomotor, object control, stability, axial, rhythmic workouts and plays including all of these movements.
