FUTBOLCULARDA SUPRAMAKSİMAL BACAK EGZERSİZİNDE FARKLI YÜKLERİN GÜÇ VE ZİRVE LAKTAT KONSANTRASYONUNA ETKİSİ.

Bu çalışmanın amacı, genç futbolcu/arda farklı yüklerde yapılan supramaksimal bacak egzersizinin güç parametreleri ve zirve laktat (ZLA) konsantrasyonu metabolizması üzerine etkisini incelemektir. Çalışmaya 10 genç erkek futbolcu (yaş: 14,90 i 0,32 yıl, boy: 165, 5 i 8,55 cm, vücut ağırlığı: 52,40 i 9,37 kg, VOM": 49, 82 i 4,37 ml.kg".dk") gönüllü olarak katılmıştır. L6.0, L6.7 ve L7.4'de mutlak ve vücut ağırlığına oran/anmış Zgüç (sırasıyla; 514,24 i 125,47 W, 607,47 $ 186,89 W, 591,04 i 189,91 W;p>0, 05), Ogüç (sırasıyla, 372,57 :I: 89,88 W, 411,93 :I: 92,03 W, 396,97:ı: 91,22 W; p>0, 05) ve Yİ (sırasıyla, % 50,54 $ 12,43, % 50,53 $ 12,63, % 44,15 $ 22,50) değerleri benzer bulunmuştur (p>0,05). Egzersiz sonrası ZLa değerleri arasında anlamlı fark saptanmamıştır (sırasıyla; 10, 78 :l: 1,09 mmol.i’, 10,76 $ 1,97 mmol.i’, 10, 70 $ 0,89 mmol.i’,' p>0,05). Y6.0, Y6.7 ve Y7.4'de ZLA sürelen' arasında anlamlı fark saptanmamıştır (sırasıyla; 6,0 1- 1,5 dk, 4,66 $ 1,58 dk, 6,00 $ 2,13 dk; p>0, 05). Bu çalışmanın sonuçları, genç futbolcu/arda supramaksimal bacak egzersizlerinde güç parametrelerinin ve kas La metabolizmasının uygulanan yüke bağlı olmadığını göstermiştir
