Zaman Temelli İş Aile Çatışması, Düşük Başarı Hissi ve İş Tatmini İlişkisi: Doktora Yapan Araştırma Görevlileri Üzerinde Bir Araştırma

Bu çalışmanın amacı, doktora yapan araştırma görevlilerinin yaşadıkları zaman temelli iş aile çatışması, düşük başarı hissi ve iş tatmini düzeylerini belirlemek; demografik değişkenler açısından iş aile çatışması, düşük başarı hissi ve iş tatmini düzeylerinin farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığını tespit etmektir. Ayrıca zaman temelli iş aile çatışması, düşük başarı hissi ve iş tatmini arasında bir ilişkinin olup olmadığını da tespit etmek diğer bir amaçtır. Bu bağlamda bir devlet üniversitesinde doktora yapan araştırma görevlilerine elden ve online olarak anketler gönderilmiş ve toplanan 112 anket analize tabi tutulmuştur. Analiz sonuçlarına göre zaman temelli iş aile çatışması ile iş tatmini arasında ve düşük başarı hissi ile iş tatmini arasında negatif bir ilişki saptanmıştır.

Relationship Among Time Based Work- Family Conflict, Personal Accomplisment and Job Satisfaciton: A Study on Doctoral Research Assistants

The purpose of this study is to determine the time based work-family conflict, personel accomplisment and job satisfaction level of doctoral research assistants and to answer the question that if time based work-family conflict, personal accomplishment and job satisfaction levels of doctoral research assistants differs according to demographic variables. It is also aimed to determine if there was a relation among time based work- family conflict, personal accomplisment and job satisfaction. In this context, 112 survey datas which were gathered from doctoral research assistants were analyzed. As a result, a negative correlation between time based work-family conflict and job satisfaction; and also between personal accomplisment and job satisfaction was found
