İş Yaşamında İş Tatmini, Örgütsel Özdeşleme ve İşten Ayrılma Niyeti İlişkisi: Erzurum’da Bir Kamu Kurumu Örneği

Bu çalışmada iş yaşamı kalitesi bağlamında iş tatmini, örgütsel özdeşleşme ve işten ayrılma niyeti kavramları ve aralarındaki ilişkiler incelenmiştir. Kavramsal bilgilerden sonra 2014 yılında Erzurum Aile ve Sosyal Politikalar İl Müdürlüğü ve bağlı kuruluşları çalışanları 286 kişi ile yapılan bir alan araştırmasına yer verilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda İş tatmini ile örgütsel özdeşleşme arasında pozitif yönlü bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. İş tatmini ile işten ayrılma niyeti arasında ve örgütsel özdeşleşeme ile işten ayrılma niyeti arasında ise negatif yönlü ilişki bulgusu elde edilmiştir.

The Relationships among Job Satisfaction, Organizational Identification and Turnover Intention at Work: A Survey Study in a Public Organization in Erzurum

In this study the relationships between job satisfaction, organizational identification and turnover intention at work have been investigated in terms of quality of work life. This paper includes a theoretical framework and findings of a survey study conducted to the employees 286 person working in Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Policies in Erzurum. As a result of the research, we found out that there is a positive relationship between job satisfaction and organizational identification. On the other hand there is a negative relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention. Likewise, the relationship between organizational identification and turnover intention is also negative
