Değişik zaman ve topraklarda yetiştirilen ıspanak bitkisinin toplam azot ve fosfor kapsamı üzerine çeşitli gübrelerin etkileri
Bu araştırmada, değişik miktarlarda uygulanan azotun (0,10,20,40 ve 60 kg N/da amonyum nitrat, amonyum sülfat, üre ve 0, 1000,2000, 4000 ve 6000 kg/da ahır gübresi) sera şartlarında kışlık ve yazlık olarak, killi tın ve kumlu tın topraklarda yetiştirilen ıspanak bitkisinin (Spinacia oleracea L.) yaprak, yaprak sapı ve köklerinin toplam azot $(NH_4-N + NO_3-N)$ ve fosfor kapsamları üzerine etkileri araştırılmıştır. Effects of some nitrogeneous fertilisers on nitrogen and phosphorus contents of spinach plant
AND PHOSPHORUS CONTENTS OF SPINACH PLANT The aim of this research was to determine the effect of nitrogen (0,10, 20, 40 and 60 kg N/da ammonium nitrate, ammonium sulphate, urea and 0,1000,2000,4000 and 6000 kg/da barnyard manure) on total nitrogen $(NH_4-N + NO_3-N)$ and phosphorus contents in the leaf, leaf stems and roots of spinach plant {Spinacia oleracea L.) grown under greenhouse conditions as in winter and in summer, in clay loam and sandy loam soils. The total nitrogen content of plant was affected higher by the spring season, sandy loam soil, mineral fertilisers and 5th dose, statistically. The increasing of nitrogen increased the total nitrogen content of the plant. The total nitrogen content of the leaf was found higher than the total nitrogen content of the leaf stem and roots. The phosphorus content of plant was affected higher by the spring season (root except), clay loam soil, barnyard manure and control dose (0 kg N/da), statistically. The increasing of nitrogen supplied decreased the phosphorus content of the plant. The phosphorus contents of the leaf and roots were found lower than the phosphorus content of the leaf stem.
