Türkiye’de Farklılıkların Yönetimi: Türk ve Yabancı Ortaklı Şirket Örnekleri

Örgüt içindeki bireysel farklılıkları işletme için rekabet avantajı yaratmak amacıyla yönetmeyi öngören “farklılıkların yönetimi” yaklaşımı, gün geçtikçe günümüz işletmeleri için önemi artan bir stratejiye dönüşmektedir. Bu düşüncelerle yapılan araştırmanın temel amacı; yazında belirtilen modellerden “Tam Bütünleşme Teorisi” dikkate alınarak ele alınan altı işletmede (3’ü Türk, 3’ü Yabancı Ortaklı) farklılıkların yönetime ilişkin oluşturulan üç sürecin ne ölçüde gerçekleşmiş olduğunu ve işletmeler arasında bir farklılığın bulunma durumunu tespit etmektir.

Diversity management approach, which proposes making use of differences between individuals in organizations in order to offer competitive advantage, is becoming getting a more important strategic consideration for contemporary organizations. The main goal of this research is to observe the application of the three processes cited in the “Total Integration Theory” in six organizations (three of domestic companies, three of foreign invested companies) and whether there are differences between them.
