Landeskunliche Elemente im Lehrwek "Hier Sind Wir"

Bu çalışmada Türkiye’deki Ortaöğretim kurumlarının 9. ve 10. sınıflarına yönelik hazırlanan “Hier sind wir” adlı ikinci yabancı dil olarak almanca ders kitaplarında erek dile ait ülke bilgisi ve kültürel ögelerin aktarılıp aktarılmadığı araştırılmıştır. 2005-2006 Öğretim yılı Bahar Dönemi sonunda, bu kitabı ders materyali olarak kullanan okulların öğretmenleri ile, standartlaştırılmış açık uçlu görüşme yöntemi kullanılarak sözkonusu materyal hakkındaki görüşleri alınmış ve analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler ışığında, öğretim materyalinde, kültürel özelliklere, evrensel değerlere ait gerçek resimlere, özgün okuma parçalarına , deyimlere yer verilmiş olmasından dolayı, kitabın salt yabancı dil öğretmeyi değil, aynı zamanda erek dilin kültürünün de aktarımını hedeflediği söylenebilir.

This study aims to find out whether cultural aspects are includet in the textbook “Hier sind wir”, followed in german as a second language classes, in the secondary school, grades 9-10, in Turkey. Besides analyzing the book to determine the cultural aspects, a standardized open-endet interview is given to the teachers to find out their opinions related to the book. The results indicate that the aforementioned textbook includet the aspects related to target language culture, through pictures and authentic texts.
