Boron-epoksi kompozit levhalarda matriste oluşan çatlak ve ayrışmanın incelenmesi

Bu çalışmada, çapraz takviye edilmiş çok tabakalı boron-epoksi kompozit levhalarda, tek ekserdi yükleme durumunda meydana gelen çatlak ve ayrışma (delamination) incelenmiştir. Termoset kompozit malzemeler lifleri çapraz takviyeli levhalardan meydana gelmiştir. Çatlak ve ayrışmanın incelenmesi $[90_n/0_2/90_n]$ ve $[0/90_n/0]$ şeklinde dizayn edilen kompozit levhalar ele alınarak yapılmıştır. Gerilme hesaplamalarında 9 düğümlü izoparametrik elemanlı sonlu elemanlar yöntemi kullanılmış, farklı yükleme basamaklarında matriste oluşan çatlak ilerlemesi x-ray radyografiklerinden elde edilmiştir.

The investigaion of the crack and dalimination at the matrix of the boron-epoxy compozite plates

In this study, matrix cracking in cross-plied laminates of thermoset composites under uniaxial tension was investigaed. The compasite materials have been made of the cross-ply laminates. The crack investigation has been made in the composite plates which was designed in the form of $[90_n/0_2/90_n]$ and $[0/90_n/0]$ The finite element method with 9 node isoparametric elements have been used to obtain the stresses and transverse matrix crack spacing growths at various load levels were obtained from the X-ray radiographs.
