Antumicrobial activities of the macrofungi of Morchella conica (Pers.) boudier and uillus luteus (L.) S. F. gray

In this study, the antimicrobial effects of the extracts obtaining from two macrofungi species [ Morchella conica (Pers.) Boudier and Suillus luteus (L.) S. F. Gray ] with the help of various solvents against to different test micro organisms were measured by the Disc Diffusion method.According to our findings; It were determined that the effect of chloroform extract of Morchella conica against to bacteria culture of Sarcina lutea ATCC 9341 and ethanol extract against to bacteria culture of Streptococcus salivarius RSHE 606, the effect of ethanol of Suillus luteus against to bacteria culture of Streptococcus mutans NTCC 10449 have an more lower antimicrobial activity as to comparison antibiotic. As for, other extracts did not show noticeable antimicrobial activity to any test micro-organisms. Antimicrobial activity experiments were made as 3 repetitions.
