Yaygın Çürüklü Bireylerde Estetik Yaklaşımlar: Vaka Raporu

Bu olgu sunumu; yaygın çürüklü dişlerde direkt kompozit materyallerle yapılan estetik restorasyonların değerlendirilmesi amacıyla yapıldı. 26 yaşında nöropsikotik bozukluğa sahip erkek hasta, kliniğimize yaygın çürükleri nedeniyle başvurdu. Hastanın çürük risk durumunun kontrol altına alınması için yeme alışkanlıklarında değişiklikler ve ağız hijyeni motivasyonu yapıldı. Adeziv diş hekimliğinde son yıllardaki olumlu gelişmeler dişlerdeki çürük, kırık ve anatomik malformasyonlar gibi sebeplerle oluşan görünüş bozukluklarında direkt kompozitlerle başarılı restorasyonları mümkün kıldı. Bu vakada periodontal tedaviyi takiben rutin randevu seanslarıyla alt üst anterior dişler ve birinci premolar dişlere direkt kompozitlerle estetik restorasyonlar yapıldı. Direkt kompozit materyallerle yapılan estetik restorasyonların bu vakada hem estetik hem fonksiyonel olarak başarılı olduğu gözlendi.
