Direkt Kompozit Rezin Restorasyonlar ile Ön Dişlerdeki Diastemaların Estetik Tedavisi

Diastema, dişler arasında görülen açıklıktır veya çene ve diş boyutları arasındaki farklılıklardan kaynaklanan meziodistal boşluklardır. Bu vakada ön dişlerin diastemalarının direkt kompozit rezin restorasyonlar ile diş yüzeylerinde herhangi bir ön hazırlık gerektirmeksizin tek seansta estetik tedavisi anlatılmıştır.Öncelikle kompozit rezinin doğal dişlere göre uygun renk tonu seçimi yapıldı. Diş yüzeyleri %37’lik fosforik asit ile pürüzlendirildi ve üreticinin talimatlarına göre iki aşamalı self etch adeziv uygulandı. Daha sonra şeffaf bandlar ile kompozit rezin şekillendirilerek diastemalar kapatıldı. Son olarak, ince grenli elmas frezler ve kompozit polisaj diskleri kullanılarak bitirme ve polisaj işlemleri gerçekleştirildi. Hastanın estetik beklentileri tek seansta ortadan kalktı. Estetik şikayetleri olan hastalarda yeterli oral hijyen motivasyonu sağlandığında direkt kompozit restorasyonun başarılı bir tedavi seçeneği olduğu gözlemlenmiştir.
