Farklı Solüsyonların ve Polisajın Geçici KuronMateryallerinin Renk Değişimi Üzerine Etkisi

Amaç: Bu in vitro çalışmanın amacı, polisaj ve farklı içeceklerdebekletme prosedürlerinin farklı tip ve markadaki geçici kuronmateryallerinin renk stabiliteleri üzerine etkilerinindeğerlendirilmesidir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Her bir otopolimerizan geçici kronmateryalinden (Dentalon Plus, Temdent, Tempac) diskşeklinde (10x2 mm) 48 adet örnek hazırlandı. Örnekler polisajişlemi uygulanan ve uygulanmayan örnekler olarak 2 anagruba ayrıldı. Kolorimetre cihazı (Minolta CR-300; Minolta Co,Osaka, Japan) ile örneklerin ilk renk ölçümlerinin yapılmasınınardından örnekler üç farklı içeceğe (çay, kahve ve şeftali suyu)daldırıldı (n=8). Dört hafta sonra, örneklerin 2. renk ölçümleriyapıldı ve iki ölçüm arasındaki renk farklılığı hesaplandı. Oluşanrenk değişimlerini değerlendirmede istatistiksel olarak ÜçYönlü Varyans Analizi kullanıldı. Gruplar arasındaki istatistikselanlamlı farklar Tukey’s Çoklu Karşılaştırma Testi, grup içi ikilikarşılaştırmalar ise bağımlı gruplar t-testi ile incelendi (p0,05). Effects of Different Solutions and Polishing On the ColorStability of Temporary Crown Materials

Background: The aim of this in vitro study was to evaluate theeffects of polishing and beverages on the color stability of threedifferent types of provisional crown materials. Methods: 48 disc-shaped (10x2 mm) samples were fabricatedfrom each auto-polymerizing temporary crown materials(Dentalon Plus, Temdent, Tempac). The samples were dividedinto 2 main groups as samples with and without polishing. Afterthe first color measurements of the samples with the colorimeterdevice (Minolta CR-300; Minolta Co, Osaka, Japan), the sampleswere immersed in three different beverages (tea, coffee andpeach juice) (n=8).
