Sürekli Üretim Hatlarında Kullanılan Makinelerin Performanslarının İzlenmesi Amacıyla Geliştirilen Bir Bilgi Sistemi Çerçevesi

Rekabetin küresel boyutta yaşandığı günümüz ortamında işletmeler performanslarını sürekli artırmak zorundadır. Üretim yapan işletmelerde performans büyük oranda kullanılan makinelere bağlı olduğundan makine performansının bir bilgi sistemi dâhilinde izlenmesi ve ölçülmesi, makinelerde yaşanan üretim kayıplarının ortadan kaldırılması aşamasında büyük önem arz etmektedir. Bu amaçla çalışmada sürekli tipte üretim yapan işletmelerin kendi süreçlerine uygun bilgi sistemi geliştirebilmeleri için genel bir bilgi sistemi çerçevesi geliştirilmiştir. Bilgi sistemi çerçevesinin bileşenleri genel sistem modelleme dillerinden UML ve SysML araçlarından yararlanılarak anlatılmış ve geliştirilen bilgi sistemi çerçevesi kullanılarak işletmelerin kendi bünyelerinde yönetim bilgi sistemleri, karar destek sistemleri gibi çeşitli bilgi sistemlerini kolayca tasarlayabilmeleri hedeflenmiştir. Çalışmada, geliştirilen bilgi sistemi çerçevesi kullanılarak profil üreten bir işletmedeki ekstrüzyon makinelerinin performanslarının yönetimi amacıyla bir yönetim bilgi sistemi tasarlanmış ve sonuçlar tartışılmıştır

An Information System Framework for Monitoring the Performance of Machines in a Continuous Production Line

In today's competitive and global business environment, companies should continuously improve their performance. In manufacturing companies, the performance is highly dependent on the machines, therefore monitoring and measuring the performance of the machines by using an information system is of great importance for the elimination of production losses. For this purpose, an information system framework for continuous manufacturing companies is proposed in order to guide in developing appropriate information systems for their processes. The components of the information system framework is described by using the UML and SysML tools, which can be used to design information systems such as management information systems and decision support systems. As an application of the framework, a management information system is developed for the purpose of managing the performance of production lines of a company and the results are discussed
