Bir içecek numunesindeki renklendiricilerin ultraviyole spektrofotometre kullanılak kemometrik yöntemlerle tayini
Bu çalışmada, toz 8çecek örneğ8nde bulunan renk maddeler8n8n ultrav8yole spektrofotometre kullanılarak kemometr8k yöntemlerle tay8n8 gerçekleşt8r8lm8şt8r. Kemometr8k yöntemlerden, temel b8leşen regresyonu yöntem8 (PCR) ve kısm8 en küçük kareler yöntem8 (PLS), b8r toz 8çecek 8çer8s8nde bulunan sunset yellow ve β-karoten8n m8ktar tay8n8nde başarı 8le uygulanmıştır. Uygulanan kemometr8k yöntemler yardımıyla elde ed8len sonuçlar son derece hızlı, bas8t ve güven8l8r sonuçlardır.
Determination of the colorants ın a beverage sample by chemometrıc methods using an ultraviolet spectrophotometer
In this study, color materials in powdered beverage samples were determined by chemometric methods using and UV/VIS spectrophotometer. From the chemometric methods, the principal component regression (PCR) and the partial least squares method (PLS) were successfully applied in the determination of the amount of sunset yellow and β-carotene contained in a powdered beverage. The results obtained with the help of applied chemometric methods are extremely fast, simple and reliable results.
