Kolonun Non-Hodgkin Lenfoması: Olgu Sunumu

Lenfoma, kolon kanserleri içerisinde adenokarsinom ve karsinoid tümörden sonra üçüncü sıklıkta görülür. Kolon kanserlerinin % 0,5'inden daha azını oluşturur. En sık görülen kolon lenfoması non-Hodgkin lenfomadır. Olguların çoğu 50 yaş üzerinde, erkek/kadın oranı 2: 1'dir. Tanı konulduğunda olguların yarısında bölgesel lenf nodlarına ve uzak organlara metastaz vardır. Erken tanı genellikle gecikebilir, erken tanı perforasyon gibi komplikasyonların önlenmesinde önemlidir. Bu makalede ishal yakınması ile gelen ve kolon lenfoması tanısı alan bir olguyu, nadir görülmesi nedeniyle sunmaktayız.

Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma of the Colon: Case Report

Lymphoma is the third leading colon cancer following adenocarcinoma and carcinoid tumor. Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma accounts for less than 0.5% of all colon cancers. Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma is the most frequently seen colon lymphoma. Most of the cases are older than 50 years old and the male/female ratio is 2: 1. When the diagnosis is established, there are metastasis to regional lymph nodes and distinct organs in half of the cases. Establishing early diagnosis may be generally delayed, early diagnosis is important for prevention of complications like perforation. In this article, we present a case presenting with diarrhea complaint and getting colonic lymphoma diagnosis, since it is seen rarely.
