Fizyoterapi ve Rehabilitasyon Bölümü Öğrencilerinin COVID-19 Pandemisi Sürecinde ve Öncesindeki Anksiyete Seviyesi Fiziksel Aktivite Düzeyi ile Fiziksel Aktivite Engellerinin Karşılaştırılması

Amaç: Bu çalışmada, Acıbadem Mehmet Ali Aydınlar Üniversitesi Fizyoterapi ve Rehabilitasyon bölümünde (ACU-FTR) okuyan öğrencilerin COVID-19 süreci ve öncesindeki anksiyete ile fiziksel aktivite (FA) seviyesi ve FA engelleri arasında fark olup olmadığının araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmaya ACU-FTR bölümünde okuyan 18-25 yaş arası kadın ve erkek öğrenciler katılım sağladı (n=86). Genel anksiyete ölçeği, uluslararası fiziksel aktivite anketi-kısa form ve fiziksel aktivite engelleri ölçeği, öğrencinin COVİD-19 öncesi hali düşündürülerek online anket formu ile ilk önce doldurtuldu.
