Epidermal Kist ile Karışan Travmatik Süperfisial Temporal Arter Anevrizması: Olgu sunumu.

Epidermal kist insanlarda yaygın olarak skalp, yüz, boyun ve gövdede yerleşmektedir. Çoğunlukla subkutan olarak yerleştiği için tanısı ve tedavisi çok kolaydır. Süperfisyal temporal arter anevrizması nadir görülür, travma öyküsü bulunmaktadır ve yalancı anevrizma şeklinde karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Özellikle temporal ve frontal bölgede, altta kemik yapının bulunması, üstte ise kas yapısının zayıf olması nedeniyle travmatik temporal arter anevrizması ile karışabilmektedir. Süperfisyal temporal arter travmatik anevrizmalarının etiyolojik hikâyesinde birçok farklı etkenler bulunmaktadır. Savaş yaralanmaları, ateşli silah yaralanmaları, künt travmalar, motorlu taşıt yaralanmaları ve spor yaralanmaları sık karşılaşılan nedenlerdir. Bu bölge lezyonlarında operasyon öncesini araştırmadan müdahalede bulunmamak gerekir.

Traumatic Superficial Temporal Artery Aneurysm Mimicking Epidermal Cyst: Case Report

Epidermal cysts is placed scalp, face, neck and body widely in humans. Because it is mostly placed subcutaneously, the diagnosis and treatment is very easy. Superficial temporal artery aneurysm is rare, has no trauma history, and emerges as a pseudoaneurysm. Especially in the temporal and frontal regions, it may be confused with the traumatic temporal artery aneurysm because of the presence of bone structure at the bottom and weakness of muscle structure at the top. There are many different factors in the etiology of superficial temporal artery traumatic aneurysms. War injuries, firearm injuries, blunt trauma, motor vehicle injuries and sports injuries are common causes. Interventions should not be performed on these lesions without any examining before the operation.
