AMİLOİDOZ GELİŞEN BİR JUVENİL ARTRİT VE AİLEVİ AKDENİZ ATEŞİ OLGUSU: OLGU SUNUMU

AA amiloidoz, kronik inflamatuar hastalıklardaki amiloidoz türüdür. Günümüzde en sık nedeni romatizmal hastalıklardır. Amiloidoz, Romatoid artritte (RA) % 3-6, Ailevi Akdeniz Ateşinde (AAA) % 11- 13, İnflamatuar Barsak Hastalığında %1-3 oranında saptanmıştır. Burada AAA ve Juvenil İdiopatik Artrit (JİA) olan amiloidozlu bir olgunun tedavisi güncel literatür eşliğinde tartışılmıştır.

JUVENILE ARTHRITIS AND FAMILIAL MEDITERRANEAN FEVER CONCOMITANT WITH AMYLOIDOSIS: A CASE REPORT

AA amyloidosis is a form of amyloidosis encountered in chronic inflammatory diseases. At the present time, its most common cause is rheumatic diseases. The incidence of amyloidosis is % 3- 6 in Rheumatoid arthritis, 11%-13% in the Familial Mediterranean fever and % 1- 3 in inflammatory bowel disease. In this report, the treatment of FMF and juvenile idiopathic arthritis concomitant with amyloidosis was discussed with current literature.
