Hareketli Ad-Hoc ağlarda bir hareketlilik yöntemi protokolü

Bu çalışmada, hareketli ad-hoc ağlar (Mobile Ad-hoc Networks, MANETs) için bir hareketlilik haberdar ad-hoc yönlendirme protokolü (Mobility Aware Ad-hoc Routing-MAAR) geliştirilmiştir. Geliştirilen protokol, aktif bağlantının kopacağını belirleyerek bağlantı kopmadan yeni bir yol kurmaktadır. Geliştirilen protokol network Simulator-2 (ns-2) benzetim aracı kullanılarak test edilmiş ve test sonuçları kablosuz ağlarda yaygın olarak kullanılan Ad Hoc On Demand Distance Vector (AODV) Protokolü ve Destination Sequenced Distance Vector (DSDV) ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Elde edilen deneysel sonuçlar geliştirilen protokolün kablosuz ağlarda hareketlilik yönetiminde başarılı olduğunu göstermiştir.

A mobility management protocol on mobile Ad-Hoc Networks

In this study, mobility aware ad-hoc routing protocol (MAAR) has been developed for mobile ad-hoc networks (MANETs). Developed protocol determines the disconnection of active link and before the disconnection it establishes a new route. Developed protocol has been extensively tested using network simulator-2 (ns-2) and simulation results are compared with Ad Hoc On Demand Distance Vector (AODV) Protocol and Destination Sequenced Distance Vector (DSDV) which are often used in wireless networks. Experimental results show that the developed protocol is successful on mobility management in wireless networks.
