Salmonella ve Dalak Absesi
Öz: Dalak abseleri nadir görülür. Tanı koymak zor olmakla beraber tedavisiz bırakılan olgularda mortalite oldukça yüksektir. Abse tespit edilse bile her zaman etyolojisi belirlenemeyebilir. Özellikle sol üst kadran ağrısı ve yüksek ateşle kendini belli etmektedir.
Salmonella And Splenic Abscess
Abstract: Splenic abscess is rare. It’s difficult to diagnose and its mortality is quite high if untreated. Even if abscess is diagnosed, etiology may not be always determined. It’s manifestations are especially left upper quadrant pain and fewer.
