Nadir Bir Olgu Bouveret Sendromu

Öz: Bouveret sendromu, mide çıkışı veya proksimal duodenumun safra taşları tarafından tıkanması sonucu oluşan mide çıkımı tıkanıklığı olarak tanımlanır. Safra taşlarının neden olduğu nadir bir komplikasyondur. Safra kesesi taşları, ileus, mide neoplazileri, safra yolları patolojileri ve duodenal kitleler gibi birçok nedenle karışabildiği için erken tanı koymak oldukça zorludur. Bu yazıda 63 yaşında bayan hastanın tanı ve tedavi sürecini ve bu nadir olguyu sunmayı amaçladık.

A Rare Case: Bouveret Syndrome

Abstract: Bouveret syndrome is a gastric outlet obsctruction produced by gallstones in the distal stomach or proximal duodenum. It is a rare complication that caused by gallstones. It is quite hard to diagnose early because of it may be confused with several reasons as gallstones, ileus, stomach neoplasms, biliary tract pathologies and duodenal masses. In this writing we aimed to present a 63 year old female patient with the process of diagnosis and treatment and this rare case.
