Erişkin Hastada Bilinçli Olarak Yabancı Cisim Yutulması / Swallowing Foreign Body Consciously In An Adult Patient
ÖZET: Yabancı cisim yutulması çocuklarda sık görülen bir durum olsa da erişkin hastalarda zeka geriliği, psikiyatrik hastalıklar, intihar amaçlı ve bilinçli olarak karşımıza nadir de olsa çıkabilmektedir. Çoğunlukla yutulan cisimlerin dışkıyla atılması ile sonuçlanmaktadır. Yutulan cismin şekli, sayısı, boyutu tedavi şeklini belirlemektedir. Bu çalışmada biz bir ay önce hapis cezası alan ve bu cezadan kurtulmak için yaklaşık bir torba çivi yutan 27 yaşında erkek hastanın klinik sürecini ve tedavi sonucunu görüntüleme yöntemleri ile sunduk.ANAHTAR KELIMELER: yabancı cisim, intihar, bilinçliABSTRACT: Although foreign body ingestion is usually encountered in children; it may be rarely seen in patients with mental retardation, psychiatric disorders, suicidal and deliberately. The outcome is usually defecation of the ingested materials. The treatment modality is affected by the shape, number and size of the ingested materials. In this study we presented a 27 years old male patient’s clinical course and treatment outcome with imaging methods who got imprisonment one month ago and swallowed a bag of nails to get rid of this criminal.KEYWORDS: foreign body, suicide, consciously
